RETURN POLICY
Thank you so much for choosing Home Is The Key Co. for your purchase! We hope that your experience was wonderful! However, we totally get it...things don't always work out! If you are not completely in love with the pieces you received or if they just don't work in your space we want you to be able to return it to us and we'll be happy to provide you with in-store credit.

RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Items must be returned in original packaging to prevent damage during transit. If returned items are received damaged and not in original packaging, you will be responsible and no in-store credit will be provided.  
  
  
RETURN PROCESS
You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the returned items. Place the item securely in its original packagingand mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your in-store credit. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the time of receiving your order for us to process your credit. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed and your credit is available for use.
 
 
EXCEPTIONS     
We take pride in our products and take the time to inspect each individual item and provide packaging that will protect those items through delivery! If you do happen to receive an item that is defective or damaged, please provide an image of the damaged product within three (3) days and contact us at HomeIsTheKeyCo@gmail.com
